Although we shouldn't blame the poor guy, it's not his fault that the States are labeled Fourth Reich in a lot of places on the Globe - to be honest between western-style democracy as forcely implemented ideology and fascism is a very few diferences. It was not his personal decision to start attack on FRY, to violate most of the international laws, to ignore and destroy simbolicaly the UN. That organisation was founded in '45 with a very clear meaning - No more wars in Europe. But, anyway, the States just starts one. Why? Because Serbian forces terorising Albanians (and vice versa, btw)? Because any nation should have a state? Because peace negotiations process failed? Because the world order is in danger? Hm, sounds very democratic, but why then B-52s are not ripping the sky below Istanbul, Jakarta, Bejing, Moscow, or even Madrid, London and Jeruzalem? Or Washington, why not. It's obvious that the whole action have different purposes. That analititians deep down in Pentagon, Washington and other publicly unknown places decide that time came to take strongly over the Europe, to show the world that the States are the only superpower, and that their economic system must rule the world. Beside that, three new post-east countries just joined the NATO, 'commies' must be aware that 'we' are going near, and that we are stronger. So, shut up! Or else... On the other hand, the billions and billions of $s invested during the Reagan era, must also be aproved somewhere - the new B2s are basicaly tested in this attack. Production process need a control unit from time to time, and a reason for existance. And for new investments, sure... At the end (although that should be a beggining), what will NATO strikes resolve on the field? Nothing, of course, the tensions at Kosovo will continue at least for next five hundred years, the new flow of refugees will hit the Europe, who will consequentely lost some of economic power on a world market (which is also one of the goals of the operation), Serbian forces will terorise Albanians, Albanian forces will terorise Serbs, Turkey forces will continue to terorise Kurds, Spanish government will continue to prosecute Basque separatists... no one will ask 'common people' what they want or need... After all, they are just a consumers. Desicion making is somewhere else. What a wondefull world... ciao igor
